Cortar el zapallo en seis trozos del tamaño de las papas y hacer lo mismo, pero longitudinalmente y en tres partes, con los porotos verdes, retirándole las puntas y las nervaduras.&lt;br /&gt;Trozar el pimentón en seis tiras y el choclo en seis rodajas de cuatro centímetros de grosor cada una. La zanahoria pelada se corta longitudinalmente en seis, mientras que cada puerro se divide en tres.&lt;br /&gt;La carnes debe ser hervida con los aliños en olla simple o a presión, calculando siempre que el tamaño del recipiente permita incluir sin problemas el resto de los ingredientes.&lt;br /&gt;Una vez que la carne esté tierna, hay que agregar los acompañamientos en el orden establecido en la receta.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Consejo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Al servir, ponga en la mesa un platillo con ajíes verdes despepitados y otro con trozos de ají cacho de cabra seco, además del irreemplazable pocillo con perejil o cilantro picado finamente.&lt;/p&gt;
